SampleHQ is a sample management platform built for packaging and labeling companies. It gives your team a single place to handle every step of the sampling process, from the initial request through fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and revenue attribution.
What SampleHQ does
In most packaging companies, sample activity lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and sticky notes. Orders get lost. Follow-ups fall through. Nobody knows which samples actually led to closed deals.
SampleHQ replaces that with a structured workflow:
- Request. Sales reps create sample orders for prospects and customers, or leads submit requests through embeddable forms on your website.
- Fulfill. Your fulfillment team sees incoming orders in a priority queue, picks and packs samples, and generates shipping labels directly through Shippo.
- Ship and track. Tracking updates flow back into SampleHQ automatically. Everyone on the team can see where a shipment stands without asking.
- Attribute. When a sample leads to a deal, your team links it back to the CRM record. SampleHQ tracks which samples, reps, and customers drive actual revenue.
