Using the Sample Cart

The sample cart is how you build an order in SampleHQ. As you browse the sample library or collateral, you add items to your cart before proceeding to order creation.

Adding items to your cart

From the All Samples or Collateral pages, click a sample to view its details, then add it to your cart. Set the quantity you want to include. You can also add entire sample kits to your cart in one click.

Viewing your cart

The cart icon in the top bar shows how many items you have added. Click it to see a summary of your current cart contents with quantities.

Adjusting quantities

Before creating an order, you can increase or decrease quantities for any item in your cart, or remove items entirely.

Proceeding to order creation

When your cart has the right items and quantities, proceed to the Create Order page. Your cart contents are carried over to the order form where you add recipient details, shipping address, and any letter templates.

Cart persistence

Your cart contents are saved while you are logged in. If you navigate away and come back, your items are still there until you create the order or clear the cart.
