Using Letter Templates in Orders

When creating an order, you can select a letter template in Step 3 (Cover Letter) of the order wizard. The letter is personalized automatically and included with the shipment.

Selecting a template

In the Cover Letter step, you will see a list of available letter templates. Select the one you want to use. A preview shows you how the letter will look with the current order’s details filled in.

How variables are replaced

Variable placeholders in the template (like recipient name and order details) are automatically replaced with the actual values from the order. You can review the generated letter in the preview before submitting.

Skipping the letter

The cover letter step is optional. If you do not want to include a letter, simply skip this step and proceed to Review.

Kit-linked templates

If you are using a sample kit that has been paired with a letter template, that template is pre-selected automatically. You can change it or remove it before submitting.
