Using Charts and Date Filters

Dashboard charts in SampleHQ are interactive. You can adjust date ranges and hover over data points for details.
Date range selection
Most dashboard charts offer three date range options: 14d (14 days), 30d (30 days), and 90d (90 days). Click the option you want to adjust the chart’s time window. The KPI cards above the chart also update to reflect the selected period.
Interacting with charts
Hover over any data point on a chart to see the exact values for that date. Charts use ApexCharts for smooth rendering and interaction.
Chart types
- Line charts: Used for order activity over time, showing trends for created, delivered, and cancelled orders.
- Status breakdowns: Show the distribution of orders by status for the selected period.
- Bar charts: Used in throughput trends for fulfillment volume.
Period comparisons
KPI cards show percentage changes compared to the previous period. A green percentage means improvement; red means a decline. This gives you quick context on whether activity is trending up or down.
