Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

You can change your SampleHQ plan at any time from Account Settings. Changes take effect immediately.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Account Settings > Plan.
  2. Scroll down to the Change Plan section.
  3. Select the plan you want to move to.
  4. Review the pricing preview. SampleHQ shows you the prorated amount so you know exactly what you will pay.
  5. Confirm the change.

What happens when you upgrade

Your new plan limits and features are available immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

What happens when you downgrade

Your plan changes at the end of your current billing cycle. Until then, you keep access to your current plan’s features. If your usage exceeds the limits of the new plan (for example, more users or samples than the lower plan allows), you may need to reduce usage before the downgrade takes effect.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise pricing is custom. To upgrade to Enterprise or discuss specific needs, contact the SampleHQ team through the in-app support page.
