Updating Your Own Profile

Every user can update their own profile information. This controls how your name appears in orders, notifications, and team lists.

How to edit your profile

  1. Click your name or avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Edit Profile from the dropdown.
  3. Update your name, email address, phone number, or avatar.
  4. Save your changes.

What your profile affects

  • Your name on orders you create
  • How you appear in the All Users list
  • The name shown in notifications and email communications
  • Your avatar in the top bar and team views

You cannot change your own role. Only an owner or manager can change role assignments.
