Shipping Notifications

SampleHQ sends email notifications automatically at key points in the shipping process. These keep everyone informed without manual follow-up.

Notification triggers

• Label created: Sent when a shipping label is purchased. Includes the carrier name and tracking number.
• In transit: Sent when the carrier scans the package for the first time.
• Delivered: Sent when the carrier confirms delivery.

Who receives notifications

• The sales rep who created the order receives all shipping notifications.
• The customer (the order recipient) receives tracking and delivery notifications.
