Reactivating a Canceled or Paused Subscription

If your subscription has been canceled, paused, or suspended, you can reactivate it to restore full access to your workspace.

Reactivating during the grace period (first 14 days)

If you canceled recently and are still within the 14-day grace period, go to Account Settings > Plan and click the option to undo the cancellation. Your subscription resumes immediately with no interruption.

Reactivating a paused subscription

If your subscription was paused after day 30, you can resume it from the Plan tab. You will need to confirm your payment method and select a plan. Your existing data and workspace configuration are preserved.

Reactivating after deactivation

If your workspace was deactivated after 90 days, contact SampleHQ support for assistance with reactivation. Your data may have been archived but can potentially be restored.

What is restored

When you reactivate, your workspace returns to its previous state: all samples, orders, users, CRM connections, and settings are preserved. No data is lost during the cancellation lifecycle.
