As a manager, you have visibility across your entire team’s sample activity. This guide covers what to expect when you first log in and the key areas you will use daily.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard shows the same full view as the account owner: KPI summary cards, order status breakdowns by day, and top-performing samples. Use the date range selector in the top right to adjust the reporting window.

Monitoring orders

Go to All Orders in the sidebar. You can see every order across your team, not just your own. Use the status filters to focus on specific stages (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered). You can also search by customer name, order number, or rep name.

Reviewing team attribution

Open the Attribution section in the sidebar to see how sample activity connects to revenue. The Team report shows performance across all reps. Drill into individual rep, deal, customer, or sample reports for detail.

Managing your team

You can add and edit users from the All Users page. Assign new team members the appropriate role (Sales or Fulfillment) when you invite them. You can also update existing user profiles and roles.

Working with forms

If your company uses embeddable sample request forms, you can view incoming submissions and manage the approval workflow from the Forms section.

Exporting data

From the All Orders page, use the Export CSV button to download filtered order data. The export includes line-item detail and uses a timestamped filename.
