Orders
Click any order from the All Orders list to open its detail page. This page shows everything about the order in one place.
What you will see
- Order header: Order number, current status badge, creation date, and who created it.
- Line items: Every sample and collateral item in the order with quantities and images.
- Customer details: Recipient name, company, and shipping address.
- Shipping information: Carrier, tracking number (once shipped), and delivery status.
- Cover letter: The letter template selected for this order, if any.
- Attribution: Dollar values assigned to samples in this order, if any.
- Linked deal: The CRM deal associated with this order, if linked.
- Status history: A timeline of status changes showing when each transition happened.
Actions available
Depending on your role and the order status, you may see buttons to process the order, generate a shipping label, edit the order, cancel it, or assign attribution values.
