Onboarding Emails
When a new user joins your workspace, they receive a series of onboarding emails over their first few days. These emails are tailored to their role and help them get up to speed with SampleHQ.
How onboarding emails work
The onboarding sequence is a multi-day drip campaign. Each email introduces a specific feature or workflow relevant to the user’s role. Emails are spaced out so users are not overwhelmed on day one.
Sequences by role
- Owner/Admin: Covers workspace setup, company info, branding, CRM connection, adding samples, inviting team members, and billing.
- Manager: Covers team oversight, order management, attribution reports, and user management.
- Sales: Covers browsing the sample library, creating orders, deal linking, and tracking attribution.
- Fulfillment: Covers the fulfillment queue, order processing, shipping labels, and tracking.
Timing
Onboarding emails are sent over the first several days after the user’s account is created. The exact timing and number of emails vary by role.
