You can control which notifications you receive so you are not overwhelmed by alerts that are not relevant to your role.

Accessing preferences

Notification preferences are available in your profile settings or in the System Settings area depending on whether you are setting personal preferences or workspace-wide defaults.

What you can control

You can toggle specific notification categories on or off. For example, a sales rep might want to receive shipping delivery notifications but not system-level alerts about imports or CRM sync.

Default preferences

New users receive all notifications relevant to their role by default. You can adjust these at any time without affecting other team members.
