Managing CRM Connections
The CRM Settings page is where you manage your CRM connections: check status, refresh tokens, or disconnect.
Finding CRM Settings
Go to Workspace Settings > CRM Settings in the sidebar.
Connection status
Each connected CRM shows its current status: connected, disconnected, or needs reauthorization. If a connection shows an error, you may need to reconnect by going through the OAuth flow again.
Refreshing tokens
CRM connections use OAuth tokens that refresh automatically. If you see an authentication error, try disconnecting and reconnecting the CRM.
Disconnecting a CRM
Click the disconnect option next to the CRM connection. This stops all syncing and webhook subscriptions. Your existing deal links and attribution data in SampleHQ are preserved.
