Label Format Preferences

You can set a default label format in your shipping settings so that every label is generated in the format your printer or workflow requires.

Available formats

  • PDF – Best for standard office printers. Prints on regular paper or adhesive label sheets.
  • PNG – Image format. Useful if you need to embed labels in other documents or use custom print workflows.
  • ZPL – Zebra Programming Language. Designed for thermal label printers commonly used in shipping and warehouse environments.

How to set your default

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > Account Settings.
  2. Open the Shipping tab.
  3. Select your preferred label format.
  4. Save.

This sets the default for all users in your workspace. Individual users can still download labels in other formats from the order detail page.
