In-App Notifications

SampleHQ displays notifications in the top bar so you stay informed about order updates, shipping status changes, and system alerts without leaving the page you are working on.

Notification bell

The bell icon in the top bar shows a badge with the count of unread notifications. Click the bell to open the notification dropdown.

What you will see

The dropdown lists recent notifications in reverse chronological order. Each notification shows a brief message, the time it was created, and an indicator if it is unread.

Types of in-app notifications

• New order created
• Order status changes (shipped, delivered)
• Shipping tracking updates
• Sample request form submissions
• AI watch triggers
• Plan limit warnings
• Import completion

Marking as read

Notifications are marked as read when you view them. Old read notifications are automatically cleaned up over time.
