Embeddable forms let you capture sample requests from your website, landing pages, or anywhere you can embed a link. Prospects fill out the form without needing a SampleHQ account, and their requests flow directly into your workspace.

How forms fit into the workflow
A prospect visits your website and fills out a sample request form. The submission appears in SampleHQ under Sample Requests. Your team reviews the request, approves or rejects it, and if approved, converts it into a sample order that flows through the normal fulfillment process.
