Exporting Orders to CSV

Updated Apr 4, 2026 Orders

Owners and managers can export order data as a CSV file for reporting, accounting, or analysis in spreadsheet tools.

How to export

  1. Go to All Orders.
  2. Apply any filters you want (status, search terms, date range). The export includes only the orders matching your current filters.
  3. Click the Export CSV button in the top right.
  4. The CSV file downloads immediately with a timestamped filename.

What the CSV includes

The export contains one row per line item, so an order with 3 samples produces 3 rows. Columns include order ID, status, customer name, company, address, sample name, SKU, quantity, created date, created by, shipping method, tracking number, and linked deal information.

Tips

  • Filter before exporting to keep the file focused on what you need.
  • The CSV uses line-item expansion, so use pivot tables or filters in your spreadsheet to group by order ID if you want order-level summaries.
