SampleHQ can sync with your ERP system to keep your product catalog and inventory levels in sync. This is useful if your sample library is managed in an ERP and you want SampleHQ to reflect the latest product data.
What ERP sync does
- Product catalog sync: Products from your ERP are synced to SampleHQ’s sample library, keeping names, SKUs, and details up to date.
- Inventory level sync: Stock levels from your ERP are reflected in SampleHQ so your team knows what is available to send.
How it connects
ERP integration uses API key authentication. Your ERP sends data to SampleHQ via webhooks, or SampleHQ polls your ERP on a schedule.
Plan requirements
ERP integration is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
