Editing a User Profile
Owners and managers can edit any team member’s profile, change their role, or update their contact information.
How to edit a user
- Go to User Management > All Users.
- Find the user in the list. You can use the search bar or filter by role.
- Click the Edit button next to their name.
- Update the fields you need to change (name, email, role).
- Save your changes.
Changing a user’s role
When you change a user’s role, their access updates immediately. They will see different sidebar items, dashboard views, and data based on their new role. For example, changing a sales rep to a manager gives them visibility into all team orders and attribution reports.
Deactivating a user
If a team member leaves or no longer needs access, you can remove them from the All Users page. Their historical data (orders created, attribution) is preserved in the system.
