Editing a User Profile

Owners and managers can edit any team member’s profile, change their role, or update their contact information.

How to edit a user

  1. Go to User Management > All Users.
  2. Find the user in the list. You can use the search bar or filter by role.
  3. Click the Edit button next to their name.
  4. Update the fields you need to change (name, email, role).
  5. Save your changes.

Changing a user’s role

When you change a user’s role, their access updates immediately. They will see different sidebar items, dashboard views, and data based on their new role. For example, changing a sales rep to a manager gives them visibility into all team orders and attribution reports.

Deactivating a user

If a team member leaves or no longer needs access, you can remove them from the All Users page. Their historical data (orders created, attribution) is preserved in the system.
