Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into SampleHQ. It provides a summary of the metrics and activity most relevant to your role.

Role-specific dashboards

SampleHQ shows a different dashboard depending on your role:

• Owners and managers see team-wide KPIs, order volume charts, top-performing samples, recent activity, and work queues.
• Sales reps see personal order stats, pending follow-ups, and their own order history.
• Fulfillment team members see operational metrics: processing queue, overdue orders, throughput trends, and priority items.

Quick actions

Each dashboard includes shortcut links to common actions like Create Order, View Reports, Bulk Import, and Settings (depending on your role).
