SampleHQ integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce to connect your sample activity to your sales pipeline. When connected, you can search CRM contacts, link deals to orders, and track which samples influence revenue.

Supported CRMs

  • HubSpot – Connect via OAuth. Syncs deals, contacts, and receives webhook updates for deal and contact changes.
  • Salesforce – Connect via OAuth. Includes metadata deployment (custom fields, objects) and capability probing for your Salesforce org.

The level of CRM integration depends on your plan:

  • Starter: Read-only CRM access with basic contact search.
  • Pro: Full CRM integration with one connection (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Enterprise: Full CRM integration with unlimited connections. Connect both HubSpot and Salesforce simultaneously.
