Creating and Using Sample Kits
Sample kits are pre-configured bundles of samples with default quantities. They let your team quickly add a standard set of samples to an order instead of picking each one individually.
What kits are for
If your sales team frequently sends the same combination of samples (for example, a “New Customer Welcome Kit” or a “Shrink Sleeve Starter Pack”), you can create a kit with those samples pre-selected at the right quantities. When anyone creates an order, they can add the entire kit in one click.
Creating a kit
- Go to Samples > Sample Kits in the sidebar.
- Click Create Kit.
- Name the kit.
- Add samples from your library and set a default quantity for each.
- Optionally, pair the kit with a letter template so a personalized letter is automatically included when the kit is ordered.
- Save the kit.
Using a sample kit in an order
When creating an order, you can browse available kits and add one to your cart. All samples in the kit are added at their default quantities. You can still adjust quantities or remove individual items before submitting.
Limits
Each workspace can have up to 20 sample kits.
