Creating AI Watches and Alerts

AI Assistant
AI watches are automated monitoring rules you create through the chat interface. They run on a schedule and notify you when conditions are met.
What watches do
A watch monitors your workspace data (orders, samples, attribution) at regular intervals. When the data matches your condition, you receive a notification. For example, you could set a watch to alert you when any order has been in Processing status for more than 3 days.
Creating a watch
- Open the AI Assistant.
- Describe what you want to monitor in natural language. For example: “Alert me when any order is overdue by more than 5 days.”
- The AI creates the watch rule and confirms the details.
- Choose a check frequency: every 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or once daily.
Limits
- Each user can have up to 10 active watches.
- Available check frequencies: 15, 30, 60, or 1440 minutes (once daily).
Notifications
When a watch triggers, you receive an in-app notification. You can view and manage your watches from the My Alerts page.
