Configuring ERP Sync

Set up your ERP connection in System Settings. This requires generating an API key and configuring your ERP to send data to SampleHQ.

Setup steps

  1. Go to Workspace Settings > System Settings.
  2. Find the ERP configuration section.
  3. Generate an API key for authentication.
  4. Configure your ERP system to send webhook events to SampleHQ’s ERP endpoint.
  5. Test the connection.

Sync logging

SampleHQ logs every sync event so you can see what was synced, when, and whether there were any errors. Sync logs are available in the ERP settings section.

API key rotation

You can rotate your API key at any time from System Settings. After rotation, update the key in your ERP system to maintain the connection.
