Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your SampleHQ subscription, you can do so from Account Settings. There is a 14-day grace period with a full refund window.

How to cancel

1. Go to Account Settings > Plan.
2. Click the cancel option on your current subscription.
3. Confirm the cancellation.

What happens after cancellation

Cancellation follows a gradual lifecycle to give you time to reconsider:

• Day 1-14: Grace period. You can undo the cancellation and receive a full refund. Your workspace continues to work normally.
• Day 14: Your workspace is frozen. You can still log in and view data, but you cannot create new orders or make changes.
• Day 30: Your subscription is paused/suspended.
• Day 90: Your workspace is deactivated and archived.

Undoing a cancellation

During the 14-day grace period, you can undo the cancellation from the Plan tab. Your subscription resumes as if nothing changed.
