Batch Shipping

Batch shipping lets you generate labels for multiple orders at once, saving time when you have several shipments to process.

How batch shipping works

1. Go to All Orders and select the orders you want to ship.
2. Open the batch shipping interface.
3. SampleHQ queries rates for all selected orders at once.
4. Review the suggested carrier and rate for each order.
5. Purchase all labels in a single batch.

When to use batch shipping

Batch shipping is most useful when your fulfillment team has picked and packed multiple orders and wants to generate all labels at the end of the day or shift, rather than processing each order individually.

After batch label purchase

All orders in the batch update to Shipped status simultaneously. Each order gets its own tracking number. Labels can be downloaded individually or as a batch.
