The SampleHQ AI Assistant is a chat-based tool that helps you work faster. It can look up orders, search your CRM, draft emails, generate reports, and more, all from a single conversation interface.

Where to access the AI Assistant

  • AI Assistant page: Go to HQ AI Assistant in the sidebar for the full chat interface.
  • Sidebar help panel: Access a compact version of the AI from the help icon in the sidebar for quick lookups.

What it can do

The AI Assistant is not just a search tool. It can take actions on your behalf, including creating orders, drafting follow-up emails, looking up shipment tracking, and setting up automated watches. See the “What the AI Can Do” article for the full list of capabilities.

Availability

The AI Assistant is available to all roles. The AI mode (Managed or BYOK) is configured by the account owner.
