Each sample order in SampleHQ goes through several statuses that help your team track progress from creation to delivery.
1. New – The order has been created and submitted, but has not yet been reviewed or assigned for processing.
2. Processing – The fulfillment team is preparing and packing the samples for shipment.
3. Shipped – The order has been shipped to the customer, and tracking details have been added.
4. Delivered – The samples have been successfully delivered to the customer.
5. Cancelled – The order has been cancelled and will not be processed or shipped.
These statuses keep your team aligned and provide full visibility into where each sample order stands at any time.
Example flow:
A sales representative creates a new order for a customer. Fulfillment is notified, and once the fulfillment team begins preparing the shipment, the status changes to Processing. After the samples are shipped, fulfillment updates the status to Shipped and adds tracking information for the sales team. When the customer receives the package, the order is marked as Delivered.
