SampleHQ sends in-app and email notifications so your team stays informed in real time.
Notification channels
- In-app: Alerts appear in the top bar. Click to open the related order.
- Email: Messages go to your account email.
Who gets what
- Owner and Manager: receive all notifications.
- Sales: receive notifications about new and edited samples, and all order status changes for their orders.
- Fulfillment: receive notifications for newly submitted orders, plus reminders for pending orders that have not moved through the pipeline.
Events that trigger notifications
- New and updated samples
- New order created
- Status change: New, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled
- Tracking information added or edited
- New comment for an order
- Reminder for orders stuck in New or Processing (Fulfillment only)
Tips
- Check your spam or promotions folder if emails are missing.
- Keep your profile email up to date.
- Make sure your browser allows notifications from SampleHQ for in-app alerts.
