# Shipping Notifications

SampleHQ sends email notifications automatically at key points in the shipping process. These keep everyone informed without manual follow-up.

## Notification triggers

- **Label created:** Sent when a shipping label is purchased. Includes the carrier name and tracking number.

- **In transit:** Sent when the carrier scans the package for the first time.

- **Delivered:** Sent when the carrier confirms delivery.

## Who receives notifications

- The **sales rep** who created the order receives all shipping notifications.

- The **customer** (the order recipient) receives tracking and delivery notifications.
