# Renaming Your Workspace

Your workspace name appears in the navigation bar, emails, and PDF documents. You can change it at any time from Account Settings.

## How to rename your workspace

- Go to **Workspace Settings > Account Settings**.

- Open the **Brand and Identity** tab.

- Under **Workspace Identity**, edit the **Workspace Name** field.

- Save your changes.

## Where the workspace name appears

- The sidebar navigation bar

- Emails sent from your workspace

- PDF order documents

Renaming your workspace does not affect your data, users, or settings. Only account owners can rename the workspace.
