# Reactivating a Canceled or Paused Subscription

If your subscription has been canceled, paused, or suspended, you can reactivate it to restore full access to your workspace.

## Reactivating during the grace period (first 14 days)

If you canceled recently and are still within the 14-day grace period, go to **Account Settings > Plan** and click the option to undo the cancellation. Your subscription resumes immediately with no interruption.

## Reactivating a paused subscription

If your subscription was paused after day 30, you can resume it from the Plan tab. You will need to confirm your payment method and select a plan. Your existing data and workspace configuration are preserved.

## Reactivating after deactivation

If your workspace was deactivated after 90 days, contact SampleHQ support for assistance with reactivation. Your data may have been archived but can potentially be restored.

## What is restored

When you reactivate, your workspace returns to its previous state: all samples, orders, users, CRM connections, and settings are preserved. No data is lost during the cancellation lifecycle.
