# Purchasing a Shipping Label

After comparing rates, purchase a shipping label directly from the order detail page. The label is generated instantly and available for download.

## How to purchase a label

- From the rate comparison screen, select your preferred carrier and service.

- Click **Buy Label**.

- The label is generated and attached to the order.

- Download the label in your preferred format.

## Label formats

Labels are available in three formats:

- **PDF** – Standard printable format for desktop printers.

- **PNG** – Image format, useful for custom printing workflows.

- **ZPL** – Zebra printer format for thermal label printers commonly used in warehouses.

## What happens after purchase

The tracking number is recorded and visible on the order detail page. Email notifications are sent to the sales rep and customer.
