# Onboarding Emails

When a new user joins your workspace, they receive a series of onboarding emails over their first few days. These emails are tailored to their role and help them get up to speed with SampleHQ.

## How onboarding emails work

The onboarding sequence is a multi-day drip campaign. Each email introduces a specific feature or workflow relevant to the user’s role. Emails are spaced out so users are not overwhelmed on day one.

## Sequences by role

- **Owner/Admin:** Covers workspace setup, company info, branding, CRM connection, adding samples, inviting team members, and billing.

- **Manager:** Covers team oversight, order management, attribution reports, and user management.

- **Sales:** Covers browsing the sample library, creating orders, deal linking, and tracking attribution.

- **Fulfillment:** Covers the fulfillment queue, order processing, shipping labels, and tracking.

## Timing

Onboarding emails are sent over the first several days after the user’s account is created. The exact timing and number of emails vary by role.
