# Forms Overview

Embeddable forms let you capture sample requests from your website, landing pages, or anywhere you can embed a link. Prospects fill out the form without needing a SampleHQ account, and their requests flow directly into your workspace.

## What forms do

- Capture sample requests from external visitors

- Collect contact details and sample preferences

- Route submissions to your CRM (if connected)

- Create sample request records that your team can review and approve

- **Starter:** 1 form

- **Pro:** Up to 5 forms

- **Enterprise:** Unlimited forms

## How forms fit into the workflow

A prospect visits your website and fills out a sample request form. The submission appears in SampleHQ under Sample Requests. Your team reviews the request, approves or rejects it, and if approved, converts it into a sample order that flows through the normal fulfillment process.
