# Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into SampleHQ. It provides a summary of the metrics and activity most relevant to your role.

## Role-specific dashboards

SampleHQ shows a different dashboard depending on your role:

- **Owners and managers** see team-wide KPIs, order volume charts, top-performing samples, recent activity, and work queues.

- **Sales reps** see personal order stats, pending follow-ups, and their own order history.

- **Fulfillment team members** see operational metrics: processing queue, overdue orders, throughput trends, and priority items.

## Quick actions

Each dashboard includes shortcut links to common actions like Create Order, View Reports, Bulk Import, and Settings (depending on your role).
