# Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your SampleHQ subscription, you can do so from Account Settings. There is a 14-day grace period with a full refund window.

## How to cancel

- Go to **Account Settings > Plan**.

- Click the cancel option on your current subscription.

- Confirm the cancellation.

## What happens after cancellation

Cancellation follows a gradual lifecycle to give you time to reconsider:

- **Day 1-14:** Grace period. You can undo the cancellation and receive a full refund. Your workspace continues to work normally.

- **Day 14:** Your workspace is frozen. You can still log in and view data, but you cannot create new orders or make changes.

- **Day 30:** Your subscription is paused/suspended.

- **Day 90:** Your workspace is deactivated and archived.

## Undoing a cancellation

During the 14-day grace period, you can undo the cancellation from the Plan tab. Your subscription resumes as if nothing changed.
